Celebrating the 70th Anniversary of AMICO Group: Steadfast Progress and Timeless Craftsmanship

On June 5, 2024, at 2:00 PM, AMICO Group celebrated its 70th anniversary with a grand event at the Ningbo Grand Theatre. From its humble beginnings in 1954 as a metal cooperative in a small alley, AMICO has grown and flourished through decades of hard work and dedication. Seizing the opportunities presented by China's reform and opening-up, the company has surged to the forefront of the industry during its transformation and upgrading journey.

Today, AMICO has developed a dynamic framework known as "Two Cities, One Floor, One Base," centered around the AMICO (Camel) Industrial City. Reflecting on the past 70 years, we are filled with hope and dreams. Looking toward the future, AMICO remains committed to its founding principles and craftsmanship, aiming to collaborate with our "friends" to achieve mutual success and create even greater achievements.

We are grateful to Mr. Chen Zhengping, former Secretary and Director of the Ningbo Economic Commission, for gifting a handwritten calligraphy piece titled "七秩同心铸伟业 匠心永恒耀中华" ("Seventy Years United in Building Great Achievements, Craftsmanship Eternal Shines for China"). These 14 words carry Mr. Chen's heartfelt wishes. Additionally, AMICO's important strategic partner, Danish company FRESE, also presented a precious gift through the manager of their China branch, as a token of their warm blessings.

Although our time together was brief, the future holds even greater promise. As we listen to the familiar melody, we reflect on the seventy years we've traveled. But we will continue moving forward, more determined and stronger than ever. Farewell to the past, we now stand at a new starting point, ready to face the challenges ahead. Looking to the future, we aim to create new achievements and write even more beautiful chapters.
