Strengthening Intellectual Property Training to Empower Enterprise Innovation and Development

In order to further strengthen and enhance the capabilities of the enterprise's intellectual property (IP) management personnel, a training session on the "Enterprise Intellectual Property Compliance Management System Requirements" (GB/T 29490-2023) was held on the afternoon of March 19th in the company's first-floor conference room. IP management personnel from various departments participated in the training.

 

This training was conducted via an online video format, allowing participants to familiarize themselves with the revised standard. The session covered the background of the revisions, the version transition requirements, and the major changes in the new standard. The revised standard emphasizes compliance, with a focus on leadership involvement and full employee participation as key principles. It also provides comprehensive coverage of various types of intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, geographical indications, and trade secrets. Specific management requirements for the acquisition, maintenance, utilization, and protection of these IP types are outlined.

 

Through this training, we have realized that intellectual property is a valuable asset to the enterprise.
