Building a Path to High-Quality Development with Employee Health as the Foundation

In today's fast-paced, high-pressure social environment, caring for employees' physical health has become a critical issue that companies cannot overlook. To achieve the goal of building a harmonious and happy AMICO, the company has always placed employee health as its top priority.

AMICO actively participates in a two-year comprehensive cardiovascular disease risk management project jointly implemented by medical expert teams from Ningbo University Affiliated First Hospital, the National Center for Cardiovascular Diseases, and Beijing Fuwai Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. Through practical actions, AMICO demonstrates its commitment to safeguarding employees' health.

The project selected 100 employees as key focus individuals through health check-ups, providing them with free quarterly health screenings. By leveraging scientific data analysis and real-time monitoring, the project promptly identifies and evaluates potential health risks. In response to these risks, the project team proposes targeted intervention measures or treatment plans to ensure that each employee's health condition is managed effectively and promptly.

This comprehensive evaluation not only enhances employees' awareness of preventing cardiovascular diseases but also allows them to deeply feel the company's genuine care for their physical and mental well-being.
