AMICO recently successfully held the first 2025 Zhejiang Provincial Vocational Skill Level Independent Certification - Senior Skilled Worker (Assembly Fitter) assessment, laying another solid foundation for cultivating high-skilled talents in the industry and accumulating energy for Zhejiang's booming manufacturing sector. This certification activity aims to comprehensively enhance the professional competencies of assembly fitters, injecting strong momentum into Zhejiang, a major manufacturing province.

The assessment consisted of two main parts: theory and practical operation. The theoretical exam commenced promptly at 8:00 AM on April 17, with the examination hall maintaining a quiet, solemn and orderly atmosphere. Candidates remained fully focused, writing diligently, demonstrating solid theoretical knowledge and accumulated experience. For the practical exam, relevant factory areas prepared tools, equipment and venues in advance, simulating real work scenarios. Candidates showed proficient techniques and mastery of tools, performing precise operations according to drawings while assembling and debugging. Evaluators conducted comprehensive on-site assessments based on multiple criteria including operational standards and technical proficiency to ensure fair and objective evaluations.
