Special Operations Safety Training: Strengthening the Line of Defense for Safe Production

To further strengthen the company's special equipment safety management, enhance the safety awareness of special equipment operators, and prevent accidents involving special equipment, a safety training session was held on the morning of September 10, 2024, in the company's third-floor training center. A total of 48 special equipment operators from various units and departments of the Copper Valve Company participated in the training.

The training focused on the safe use of special equipment, including in-plant motor vehicles, electricians, pressure vessels, and electric welding. It was conducted by General Manager Jie Hailin, a National Registered Safety Engineer, a member of Ningbo's Safety Expert Database, and a safety management instructor at the Zhejiang Province Education and Training Center. Drawing on his extensive practical experience and professional expertise, Mr. Jie delivered an engaging and highly practical course.

The training content covered a wide range of topics, including the types of special equipment, their working principles, safety operation standards, daily maintenance, troubleshooting of common issues, and emergency handling. Through vivid case studies and hands-on demonstrations, employees gained a more intuitive understanding of the safety risks associated with special equipment and a deeper appreciation of the importance of strictly adhering to operational procedures.

During the training, participants actively engaged in discussions, raising questions from their daily work and exchanging ideas with the instructor. This session not only enhanced the skill levels of the operators but also reinforced their safety awareness, laying a solid foundation for ensuring the safe operation of special equipment.
